I'm not sure where I got this cookbook because I've had it for so long but my husband loves to make cheesecakes and he has made almost every one in this book. Our favorite is the "Autumn Cheesecake". He makes them for family members as birthday presents and everyone fights for a slice. I have tons of cookbooks but we always pull this one out when we want to make a cheesecake.
