Thanks for taking a look at 50+ Cheesecakes! I'd like to point out something my editor and I missed. For the instructions, there is sugar listed to add to the crust. This needs to be omitted, it makes the crust too difficult to slice. Otherwise, I think it's awesome and everyone who's made a cheesecake from the book has raved about it.
