I just bought this cheesecake after trying a sample taste at Costco and I will most definitely buy it again. It is extremely rich and creamy and so pretty to look at as well. I was told this could remain in the freezer for up to a year, but the are no preservatives listed that lead me to believe it is really expected to remain in the freezer for a year. I also find that at 450 calories a slice, I will be serving slices much smaller than the ones suggested by the nutritional data. We ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Fudge for a gift and it arrived as described however the box contained a small re-freezeable ice pack that was way past being frozen. The ice pack and the fudge were warm to the touch. I sent an email to customer service for the item and never heard back from them. Guess customer service isn't a priority.
