I just bought this cheesecake after trying a sample taste at Costco and I will most definitely buy it again. It is extremely rich and creamy and so pretty to look at as well. I was told this could remain in the freezer for up to a year, but the are no preservatives listed that lead me to believe it is really expected to remain in the freezer for a year. I also find that at 450 calories a slice, I will be serving slices much smaller than the ones suggested by the nutritional data.
